1. Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- It may take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned after the 30 days return window.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to defect or damage, please contact us at support@voistek.com. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
4. Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For exchanges due to defective or damaged items, we will cover the shipping costs.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; processing times vary by institution.
